01Grievance

A formal grievance — about content that exposes you, a moderation decision you believe was wrong, or the way this site handled your data — goes to grievance@confessit.lol. Include the story or note address and what you are asking for. A person reads it; there is no ticket queue that closes itself.

We aim to acknowledge within 7 days and resolve within 30. If the response does not resolve it, say so in the same thread and it escalates.

02Content notices and copyright

If your own writing has been published here by someone else, or a story contains your private information, write to safety@confessit.lol with the link and the reason. Verified notices are acted on before publication continues, and the content is removed rather than edited where the claim is clear.

Because authors are anonymous, we cannot notify a writer that a notice was filed against their piece. We can and do remove it.

03Data protection requests

Access, correction and deletion requests go to privacy@confessit.lol. Because there are no accounts, verification is by device identity — see the privacy policy for how that works and how long each category of data lives.
